I paid for two items for only received one. Also the one I received is broken. You can check the weight on the FedEx box. You guys never shipped my two items or the filters. Please correct this mistake I really liked the brand and had high hopes for it to grow

Amazing. Though this maybe a gimmick but this device keeps coals going forever. 3 coals used for 3 heads of shisha. Normally would have to use 9 coals for this. Worth its money for sure. Can’t believe more people don’t know about it.

Your product doesn’t work and melts with plastic parts although it’s expected to work under high temperatures
you sent me a used part and yo insisted it is not part of the unit. The unit works fine as it is described. however the following are cons: 1. The manual states no more than three minute to pull all the ash. This time is hardly enough to clean the head. 2. you suggest cleaning after each use. there are lots of components to clean which makes it cumbersome and defeat the purpose. it is much easier to clean the ash and discard it directly in the pot. Overall, I would have reconsidered buying this unit if I havd the chance to try it beforehabd
