Right of withdrawal

This cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

We do not grant entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, merchants, or commercial customers any voluntary right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In addition, you may declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. If you use this function, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs.

Excluded from this are additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We do not charge any fees for the reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
